Delivery Times

Currently we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States

Order cut-off time : 4 P.M.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

The quality delivery time is 4-10 Business Days. (Monday – Friday)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package's progress.

While we use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

Shipping Cost

For a limited time, shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase or coupon code is required.

Order changes

An order can be modified or canceled within 24 hours. If you wish to return a product, you need to start out the returns procedure once you've received the item.

Item not received

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier to locate your package. Once in the carrier's hands, we don't have control over it. If the problem persists, email us at support@thinknatty.com, and we'll do our best to help. 

Sometimes, tracking may not update due to technical issues. In such cases, contact us for prompt assistance at support@thinknatty.com.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

thinknatty.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
